The lobby was beautiful and the service staff was friendly! We were very close to the event we were staying in town for, and the view of the bridge out the window was lovely. The bed was comfortable and warm. However, we were without toiletries, and the cleanliness was not quite what I would've hoped for. All in all, a good stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. We were very comfortable. The hotel was very clean, and the young lady at the front desk was very very welcoming and her hospitality was on point although did look forward to being in a brick exposed room as you advertised on Travelocity but unfortunately we did not get a room as such but the bed was very comfortable. The room was nice and the location was in the perfect spot near everything and everyone that we needed and wanted to visit

I'll start by saying I attempted to notify the staff at the desk about my complaints but there wasn't anyone available.I stayed here because it was close to the hospital and I was exhausted. I wouldn't do it again and would have left but didn't have the energy to find other accommodations The building is old and smells old. The room wasn't very clean and had stains. There was only a light filtering blind so it was basically like daylight in the room. It was also noisy because of the interstate. There were bottles in the shower for soap, shampoo, and conditioner but they were all empty. They bed wasn't very comfy. There doesn't appear to be any breakfast anymore either. There was nobody at the front desk in the morning with whom to speak.

Run. Don't stop. We walked in and the outside was a little off putting. We walked into the lobby and no one was there. Lobby looked nice and the staff when they came in was very nice. Got our room and the phones are off, TV didn't work, floor was disgusting, crumbs all over, there was a sauce like marks on the tables, the door didn't fully shut, and it was disgusting. Called and was moved to another room. Same issues. We left after an hour. Don't waste your money.

Lobby is nice, staff at front desk adequately polite, but not friendly. Tea and coffee is offered in the lobby but was lukewarm and needed to be heated in the room. The room itself is where everything goes downhill. Disgusting dirty bathroom door, old toilet seat, shower small and door didn't close properly. The heater smelled horrible when first turned on and is very loud when running, bring earplugs. Constant traffic noises through the night, bed was hard, carpet stained, TV had to be manually turned on and off.

Affordable room, but a bit misleading on the amenities. They no longer offer free breakfast. Rooms are ok. It's a bit of an older property, so it has some stains/older TV. Bed was a bit uncomfy and took some getting used to. The lobby was very charming and comfortable though.
